Location: Offices for the Greater Hazard Area Arts Council & Performing Arts Series are located in the Hazard Community & Technical College (HCTC), First Federal Center, 119 office complex. Normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Greater Hazard Area Arts Council & Performing Arts Series are affiliates of the Hazard Independent College Foundation and Hazard Community & Technical College.
